What are the requirements for temperature and time of Cement Self-Leveling construction?

Cement Self-Leveling construction is a project with strict requirements on temperature and time. First, let's take a look at the requirements for construction temperature.
1. Construction temperature:
During Cement Self-Leveling construction, the construction temperature of the ground should not be lower than +10℃. This is to ensure that the Cement Self-Leveling mortar can flow and solidify normally at an appropriate temperature, and avoid poor fluidity or incomplete curing of cement mortar due to too low temperature.
If the temperature is high in summer, it is advisable to choose night construction. This is because the curing speed of Cement Self-Leveling mortar will be accelerated when it is constructed at high temperature, which may cause the surface to dry prematurely while the interior is not fully cured, causing quality problems.
In cold conditions, it is recommended to use warm water (water temperature not exceeding 35℃) to stir and configure the slurry. This is to maintain the fluidity and workability of cement mortar, and at the same time avoid the mortar solidifying too quickly due to low temperature.
2. Construction time:
The Cement Self-Leveling floor must be constructed continuously without stopping in the middle. This is because once the self-leveling mortar starts to flow, it needs to be laid within a period of time to ensure the flatness and uniformity of the ground.
The use time after adding water is 20-30 minutes. After the time limit, the Cement Self-Leveling mortar will gradually solidify and lose fluidity. Therefore, before construction, it is necessary to calculate the amount of each batch of mortar to ensure that the construction is completed within the specified time.
The strength of Cement Self-Leveling generally reaches 70% within 24 hours after construction and 90% within 3 days. Depending on the temperature, humidity and ventilation conditions of the phenomenon, the self-leveling cement needs 8-24 hours to be completely dry, and the next step of construction cannot be carried out before it is completely dry.
In summary, Cement Self-Leveling construction has strict requirements on temperature and time. Before construction, it is necessary to fully understand these requirements and take corresponding measures to ensure the quality and progress of construction.
